Wide glass rail balconies and large windows insure a spectacular view of Austin and interiors are well appointed: kitchens with granite counter tops and islands, beautiful bathroom layouts and spacious closets. The Monarch by Windsor is pet friendly, even allowing large dogs. In addition to the club house there is a sun deck. Gables Park Plaza rests at the center of the City, just above Sand Beach Park. Nature lovers enjoy amazing views with the various parks close by and Lady Bird Lake near the property. Public transportation is easily accessible with a plethora of bus stops in the neighborhood and two Amtrak stations in the area. The French Legation Building, John Henry Faulk Central Library, and the University of Texas at Austin are several of the attractions tenants can visit. The Tuscany rests in a thriving area, close to everything. Bus stops surrounding the building and the Austin Amtrack nearby grant renters access to public transportation. Outdoorsy types can enjoy Pease Park right across the street. The complex is a great place for students and faculty involved with the University of Texas at Austin as campus is right down the road.
