The Hamilton can be spotted off of South Lamar Boulevard, directly next to the Barton Creek Wilderness Park. Downtown Austin is only 4 miles away and can be traveled to via bus or I-35. The Texican Cafe is a local cafe offering a great cup of coffee or a delicious cup of soup. Shopping is super easy thanks to the Barton Creek Square Mall located just down the street from the complex. Renter reviews say that management is helpful, the location is great, and the community is gated. However, others mention that the appliances and the units could use some updating.
