Monterone Steiner Ranch lies off of Route 1, near I-35, on Steiner Ranch Boulevard, making Downtown a fast commute. Grocery shopping is extremely easy thanks to H-E-B across the street. Local attractions include Ganzert Lake, Creekmont West Park, and the Soil Conservation Service Site 7 Reservoir. The Bush Creek Regional Trail is a great place to get some exercise. Reviews note that parking is limited and noise levels are hard to isolate. Others enjoy the new management and appreciate their efforts to improve the quality of living at the property.
