Reviews of Logans Mill Apartments were mixed. Maintenance is quick to respond, management is helpful, and the low rent costs are a major plus. Yet, the building is older and former tenants say that amenities can break down and need repair more than they would like. The apartments can be found just off of I-35 on East William Cannon. Spring Valley can be spotted directly next to the Roy Kizer Golf Course, above the Onion Creek Park, and 7 miles out from the center of Austin. Frequent flyers can utilize the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport minutes away. The Dove Springs Recreation Center and Lenox Industrial Park are a couple of the sites nearby renters can check out. Applebee's is right down the road for occupants who want to grab something to eat in the neighborhood. Reviews are dissatisfied with the availability of parking and the noise levels.
