Avana Cypress Estates is situated right off Fallbrook Drive and Parkway 8. Residents enjoy the close proximity to Willbern Elementary School and Francone Elementary School. Just a few minutes down the parkway, tenants can pick up groceries at Kroger, grab a coffee at Starbucks, or stop for a quick bite at Sonic. For those who don't want to leave the comfort of the estates, Sarpino's Pizza delivers and comes highly rated. Watermarke Apartment Homes is located directly next to West Sam Houston Parkway North. Reviewers complain about the frequent changes in management and difficult parking situation. Other's are happy with the maintenance crew present in the building and spacious living area. The building is merely 18 miles from downtown with access to Shopping at Kroger. Quick eats close by include KFC, Taco Bell, and Wendy's.
