Not only is the building pet friendly, but residents describe the staff as friendly, and many love the freedom to paint and hang décor on the walls. Security is another positive. Though there has been an issue with updating the units, the staff has attempted to make the best out of the situation. This includes highlighting the beautiful location of the apartments that are seated by the Southside Lions Park and Southside Lions Park. Also close is the Pecan Valley Golf Course.
