The pool at Bella Madera is incomparable and certainly is a gorgeous feature. More important are the individual apartments and the management and maintenance and those are excellent too. There are a wide variety of sizes in the 1 bedroom units, but even the smallest (and very affordable) have a utility closet off the kitchen with room for laundry and storage.
