Sequoia Cable Ranch resides just off Loop 410 in Northwest San Antonio and is a 20-minute drive from downtown. The neighborhood has convenient access to Westlakes Mall and is also nearby Walmart, Target, and Home Depot. Down the street from the community is Arcadiana Cafe and Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas where locals go for dinner and a movie. Tenants find the office management to be less than helpful and there have been reports of problematic pest situations, but the complex offers “valet” trash take-out and 24-hour gated security.
