The Park At Arlington Ridge is aptly named with courtyards of green grass and lush landscaping between buildings of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. This pet friendly community has 24 hour maintenance and offers a pool, fitness center, club house and business center for the convenience of residents. Metrobus stops are right outside the door and other public transportation is close by. Interiors include ample closets and storage space, designer lighting, energy efficient appliances and windows, full kitchens complete with dishwasher and microwave and some with courtyard views. Berkeley Apartments is situated on S. Glebe Road, close to plenty of public transportation. There's a shopping center in the neighborhood where tenants can grocery shop at the Giant, stop at the BB&T bank, and get a work out at Gold's Gym. Residents enjoy attractions like the Lang Street Community Gardens and Troy Park. Tenants can go to the Gunston Community Center where a number of activities are offered. Spectrum Apartments sit on Chesterfield road, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Shopping is plentiful with the Skyline Mall, the Crossroads Center, the Bradlee Shopping Center, and The Village at Shirlington surrounding the premises. Residents can eat at a variety of places, including Carlyle, Guapo's, and Thai In Shirlington. Tenant reviewers aren't as happy with the new management as they were with the previous group, but enjoy free parking and the cleanliness of the property and building. Read all reviews...
