Bennett Park is situated in a safe and convenient neighborhood that features several basic amenities. Safeway and CVS Pharmacy are walking distance from the building, and the Rosslyn Metro Station is minutes away. The area just outside the apartment is crowded with a variety of eateries including Cafe Asia, Red Hot and Blue, Village Bistro, Pho 75, and Cafe Assorti - to name a few. Those looking to get their daily coffee fix will be impressed by the selection in the area: BeanGood The Coffee Pub, Bayou Bakery, Java Shack, and Baked & Wired are all local hot spots for a good cup of joe. A few tenants have been displeased with the management, but many reviewers find that the office and maintenance staffs are prompt and helpful.

London/Normandy House provides tenants with spectacular views of the Potomac River. History Lovers can indulge themselves with all the history in the area, including the Statue of Theodore Roosevelt, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial. D.C are only a little over 2 miles away, across the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge. Reviewers rave about the amazing views and its close proximity to the metro. Others have problems with noise levels and believe the building needs updating.

Gables 12 Twenty One is settled in a quiet neighborhood between the US Marine Corps War Memorial and Whipple Field. The Courthouse and Rosslyn Metro Stations are a 15 minute walk, and an ART shuttle makes a stop just outside the apartments. The lively area offers plenty of activities for all ages: The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts houses the national symphony, the AMC Theater is a half a mile away, and several bars have exciting happy hour specials. Tenants have fallen in love with the beautiful amenities of the apartment, which include a fire pit area that is used for community BBQs. Some reviewers have had difficulty communicating with the management staff, but find that maintenance repairs are prompt and thorough.
