Overlook at Brook Run is nestled against the edge Belmont Park and situated at the back of a fairly private road that leads out to I-95. Residents have a short 5 mile journey to the center of downtown Richmond, with several bus stops less than a mile away. Martin’s Food Store is down the road for easy shopping, with several other shopping centers on the nearby Dumbarton Road and Azalea Avenue. Although residents enjoy the spacious apartments, they disliked how hard it is to find parking and the frequency with which management seems to change hands. Orangearrow
