The Highlands At Brier Creek is situated next to the Northern Wake Expressway, right above the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Tenants are within minutes of the Brierdale Shopping Center. A string of shops and restaurants are just down Brier Creek Parkway, including Applebee's, Caribou Coffee, and BJ's. One reviewer reported that the grounds and facilities are nice, parking is adequate, and the maintenance is decent. Aside from these, the turnover rate in the complex is high.
