A May 2012 review calls Magnolia Run "a great place to call home" and describes a complex held to the highest standards in maintenance and management. Several reviewers state long term satisfaction with happy stays of four or more years. It is important to note that Magnolia Run is south enough to need routine pest control. A rapid turnover in office management led to some resident dismay in mid 2012 but the new staff is praised highly.
