Quintessa Apartments sits near the Puget Sound between the 519 and I-5, close to Pioneer Square and the International District. Residents using public transportation will find plenty of it in their area; five bus stops surround the building, as well as trolley and rail stops. Nature is a few steps away at the nearby City Hall Park, or farther away Pioneer Building or Occidental Park. For residents involved in academia, Golden Gate University and Seattle University are both less than a mile away. Although reviewers agree that unit prices were economical and the location is ideal, some felt management did not do its due diligence in maintaining the building and ensuring a safe environment. Situated directly off of Interstate 5, the Bradbury Apartments are located in the downtown area of Seattle near the Pike Place Market, Seattle University, Harborview Medical Center, Vito’s, the Quarter Lounge, and the Hideout. The apartments offer residents the option to choose from one and two bedroom apartments as well as studios. Reviews noted that although the building has an older construction, it is well kept and in decent shape. The Zindorf Apartments are situated directly outside of the central business district aside the Seattle Public Library, the Coffee Tree coffee shop, and the well-known eatery, Sushi Kanpai. These apartments offer a spectacular view and they are most known for their diverse floor plans. Reviews explained that this location is awesome because residents are close enough to main attractions but far enough that there is some distance. Founded in 1911, Addison on Fourth apartments are situated near the attractions, Virginia Mason Medical Center, City Hall Park, Fuji Sushi, and Specialties Café and Bakery. The apartments provide a pet-friendly atmosphere, recently updated interiors, and hardwood floors. Furthermore, residents are given the option to choose between studios and one-bedroom apartments.
