Two blocks off Lake Union, sits The Summit At Lake Union. This apartment building affords tenants access to Downtown, Fremont, Ballard and Queen Anne neighborhoods. There are mixed reviews on the office and maintenance staff, but agree that maintenance keeps the apartments clean and is willing to fix any problems efficiently, from replacing screens to water heaters. Tenants find themselves in the middle of the west side of Lake Union and can easily head north towards Gas Works Park or south to view the Museum of History & Industry. The close proximity to a body of water open to the ocean means fresh seafood. The Summit is surrounding by a variety of high quality restaurants.
