Rianna is located in the center of Seattle University’s campus, near I-5 in the heart of downtown Seattle. Several different nightlife options can be found less than a half mile away near East Madison Street, including Chop Suey, Cuff Complex, Tavern Law, and Cha Cha Lounge. For convenient shopping, New Town Market is less than 200 feet away, with Trader Joe’s, Safeway, and Piyassa Market all within miles. Although reviewers liked the location and generally felt the office staff were friendly, a few disliked the noise levels, payment policies, and different fees associated with renting.

The Packard Building is situated in Capitol Hill near D’ambrosia Gelato, Seattle University and the delicious eateries of: Osteria La Spiga, Barrio Mexican Kitchen and Bar, Blue Bird Homemade Icecream and Tea Room, Bombji, Boom Noodle, and the Pike Street Fish Fry. These apartments offer studios, one bedrooms, and lofts as well as in-unit washers and dryers, large closets, and historic windows. Reviews noted that the location is ideal because of the many surrounding restaurants however, the restaurants are accompanied by much noise which angered a few reviewers.

The Chloe is located off East Madison Street, near I-5 and just outside of the heart of downtown Seattle. Tenants can get a quick bite to eat at Marjorie Restaurant, Skillet Diner, or Piecora’s Pizza, all of which are on the block. Seattle University is right next door, making the complex a great location for students and faculty. Three nearby parks, including the largest of the three — Cal Anderson Park, provide tenants with an opportunity for exercise and recreation. As of March 2013, no online reviews could be found on this apartment complex.

The complex offers residents a choice of one or two bedroom apartments. Reviews noted that management is highly accommodating and the location is prime for shopping and eating. Nearby are attractions such as: the 11th Avenue Inn Bed and Breakfast, Seattle Central Community College, the Broadway Farmer’s Market, and Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream, which is known for its delicious banana splits. The apartments offer the choice between studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments and they also provide a baseball and soccer field for resident use, hardwood floors in each apartment, as well as monthly on-site social events. Reviews noted that the rooms are rather spacious, however the older building can attract pests.
