Found in the western part of Seattle, Element 42 is situated directly off of Interstate 5 and Highway 99, near Alki Beach, West Seattle Public Library, PCC Natural Markets, Circa Eatery, Starbucks, Admiral Pub, and Jack-in-the-Box. The apartments have an endless list of features included like a pet-friendly atmosphere, hardwood floors, walnut cabinetry, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Although the apartments are found near so many restaurants, bars, and attractions, reviews advised those who dislike dogs to stay away from this place, because many residents have dogs. Reviews also stated that moving out can be a hassle because of additional fees management occasionally charges.
