Located in between Milwaukee and Wauwatosa, Franklin Arms has the residential feel with the accessibility of the city. Just across West Wisconsin Avenue is Marquette University High School, and along with tennis courts, a baseball field, and a stadium. Children of residents will have easy access to education as well as athletic activity. Merril Park affords renters with basketball courts, a swimming pool, and a soccer field. 28 West Apartments seem to be at the center of it all. They are two blocks from Merrill Park. Past the park is Marquette University High School Stadium and Marquette University High School a block away. There are two bed and breakfasts about a half a mile away called Schuster Mansion Bed & Breakfast and Manderley Bed & Breakfast Inn. If you are looking for a quiet, cheap getaway, both bed and breakfasts are located on gorgeous property and have excellent reviews from past visitors.
